DMLS Metal Growth
Grow titanium, steel, and aluminum parts layer by layer via DMLS. Internal channels, lattice structures, and topology-optimized geometry that subtractive machining cannot produce. 99.9% density comparable to wrought material.
Post-Growth Processing
Every grown metal part receives stress relief heat treatment, support structure removal, and surface finishing. Optional HIP densification to 100% theoretical density. Dimensional inspection certificate with every order.
Production Metal Growth
Consistent production runs from 1 to 500 parts. Identical geometry and mechanical properties across the run. Material traceability from powder lot to finished part — essential for aerospace and medical qualification.
